Never Settle
Fine art giclée print 🌹🗡 — from the 2024 canvas rework
It began as a quiet declaration titled “Search for her”
on @wordsmith.a.r, emerged as raw graffiti across Worthing concrete, and was
reworked in Venetian plaster and spray for the Worthing Art Festival. This print
preserves the grit of its journey — from whispered caption to public cry.
A written wish. It began as a delicate post titled “A wish”
in December 2016 — the earliest of the three — and blossomed years later into a
layered studio work of Venetian plaster, fading pigments and rain-washed textures
for the CTRL ALT CREATE collection. This print holds space for memory, erosion,
and soft persistence.
A poem. A wall. A memory made visible. Shared quietly as
“🌼 and the rain” in January 2017, sprayed as anonymous stencil work
that April, and reimagined on canvas for CTRL ALT CREATE. The street version
disappeared — the message endured. This print captures the stillness of that
first confession.
