My journey as an artist began with pencil sketches, capturing portraits inspired by the female form and landscapes from everyday life and my visits to the Philippines. I honed my skills through sketching portraits, focusing on realism and expression. While my work has since expanded into other mediums, sketching remains a foundational practice—where ideas take their first form and raw emotion is distilled onto paper.
